Friends of the Parks has brought some exciting LIVE BANDS to Buckingham Fountain since 1999! We've had Cadillac Dave & the Chicago Redhots, Phat Phunction, The Chuckleheads, and more.
From 10:15pm until 1:15am, you'll enjoy live music from the stage at Buckingham Fountain in addition to our annual Best Lit Bike and Best Decorated Helmet contests (winners determined by audience applause!).
We’re please to announce that Lubriphonic will perform on stage at Buckingham Fountain this year! Their song list includes blues, R&B, Motown, rock and pop. A partial song list includes Sweet Home Chicago (Blues Brothers), Pride and Joy (Stevie Ray Vaughn), What’d I Say (Ray Charles), Let’s Stay Together (Al Green), What’s Goin On (Marvin Gaye), Mustang Sally (Wilson Pickett), Brown Eyed Girl (Van Morrison) and much more!
